Default Re: October Low-Content Thread

Here is a fun Omaha hand I played yesterday that I am like 100% certain I misplayed and should not have capped the river. If it was a live game I would never think about 4betting due to 5bet threat but here it was basically "lol flopped nut boat better raise" even though he'd have to be beyond retarded to play 24/2T/2J this way and worse than mildly retarded for 44.

PokerStars 10/20 Omaha/8 (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, <font color="#666666">7 folds</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (3 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks.

Turn: (1.50 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, UTG calls, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>, UTG calls, SB calls.

River: (13.50 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, UTG folds, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>, SB calls.

Final Pot: 21.50 BB

Results:
Hero has 6s Th Jh Td (High: full house, tens full of twos).
SB has Ad Jd 2h 2s (High: four of a kind, twos).
Outcome: SB wins 21.50 BB.

And here is a Holdem hand along similar lines. Once again I didn't really want to 3bet river but he had only half a bet left so I had to give him extra credit for trying to just dust off his chips.

These hands could never frustrate me simply because I was never ahead at any point, I just thought they were cute.
