In retrospect, if one of the blanks (especially the turn) was higher than the 7, or coordinated for a straight, what do you think he would estimate as your chance of having drawn out on him for the high? I've been having more luck recently exploiting high scare cards in neck and neck hands like this, if villain reads you on a draw, especially if you're sure of it, look for all the draws he could have you on... like you said it was all going in, so look for the scariest spot to spring to life in these situations.
