Forensic Scientist JaredL took at look at the scene and told the town that it would take 9 Werewolves to pick up a pumpkin that size, so there must be 9 wolves in the town!
The village got together and decided on a plan of action. They would not kill their fellow citizens, but would instead elect one each day to send to the state capital. The Governor of the state was born and raised in Pogvannah and was willing to put elected Pogvannahians on his cabinet. However, with 9 out of 33 townspeople being Werewolves, the mob decided they did not want the decision made by a simple majority. Instead, citizens would vote on those they trusted to be sound decision makers each day. The three with the most votes would form the electorate and they would decide who would be sent up to the capital that evening.
