I think another thing to note in relation to stoving this, is villain's VPIP may be 40 but it's unlikely he will be betting the flop with his entire range. Also there are prolly a lot of hands which u have included that he would of raised PF. Just some things to take on board.
This flop isn't great for hand atm, U have an overcard that is vulnerable, if anyone holds a T ur gutshot is bad shape. Ur position here is a real killer & u need 1.5 outs for a BDFD. It's best to not worry bout calling this flop esp in such a small pot.
