Dids,

I am on the cusp of losing 30 lbs by Thanksgiving (this isn't as hard as it sounds, plan to give up alcohol + better diet + more workouts + I am OCD). I lost 20 lbs in a month a few years ago and I weigh more now. Should I look at that video if it will suppress my appetite?
