i agree you need self discipline playing too loose will equal to broke if you read any books you should know to play with the top 20-30 hands that are out there. i play the top 50 hands and im winning $100 tournaments without a problem. My advice is calm down and go back to basic playing, and play the top 20 hands that are out there
