Default Bluffing because I can\'t really be bluffing, eh?

Villain has tight numbers preflop of around 19/15, but seems to 3bet a good amount and has been seemingly trying to win every pot off of me, but it's a small sample.

Flop and turn are debatable. He struck me as the type to shove a lot of hands if I raised the flop, and on the turn I felt I could rep various hands on different rivers, and have a draw that is pretty live although a little transparent. Anyways, thoughts on this?
