I gave it a "meh". There's nothing at all eye-catching about it, but it gets the name and product across. And there's nothing terrible about it at all. I think it's a fine job for three hours' work.
EDIT: So I guess I'd say it's somewhere between a "meh" and a "good start". It's far from a situation where you'd demand your money back. You can't expect mind-blowing work everytime you contract somebody.
