I think I like call/CRAI turn here.
He's pretty tight and he called UTG+1, this combined with the fact that his aggression is only 0.5 makes it unlikely he has a FD here. Similarly, he's never doing this with air unless you've been getting way out of line. So, we can put him squarely on a worse K or a PP trying to "find out where it's at".
If he had a K, the money is going in regardless, so we need to find the best way to extract vs a PP. He's probably folding most pairs to a 3-bet, so calling flop looks good.
The only question is whether to donk turn or CRAI. I don't think we're getting 3 streets of value here unless he has a K, so I like a turn CRAI to commit him (pot will be $47.50 on turn) instead of letting him get away from a pair on the river. Even if he checks behind, we don't really have to worry about being outdrawn and we can still value bet the river.
