Default Re: 2 Decks in play for Cash Games?

[ QUOTE ]
Its very simple for one person to shuffle and deal and the SB (the dealer to be) shuffle another deck while the current hand is being played out. That eliminates the need for passing around of decks from dealer-2 to the new dealer. Very simple, very effective, saves you time and time=money

Seriously. I thought everyone did this. Then I went to a game that only had one deck and wanted to gouge my eyes out after one orbit. After every hand you have to wait for someone to grab the board, muck, and rest of the deck, then shuffle, cut, and deal. With two decks you can have the next hand dealt while someone does all the above. I swear we didn't get in more than 15 hands an hour.
