I shove. Think about the outcomes:

He hits the flop:
-You SnG, he calls and wins the hand, you get bubbled.
-You shove pf and he wins the hand, you get bubbled.

He misses the flop:
-You SnG, he folds and you gain 1000 chips.
-You shove pf, his additional 1000 is in the pot and he is drawing to the turn and river to knock you out.

The instance where he is drawing to the turn and river without a made hand for an additional 1000 chips is clearly worth the times you lose when he catches some cards here. For all other situations the outcome will be identical regardless of a shove pf or a SnG.
