What about 66/77? I definitely raise this flop, especially since SB and BB both have to act after you flat call UTG's raise.

The way he c/c the flop, then led the turn makes me think he has an overpair, like 99. I probably raise the turn too. river is meh, but I probably call since he seems pretty aggressive. He could have 44, also.
