So I have been looking on the forums a bit and it seems that many people here have condos/ homes. I thought that with the high price and low availability of contractors it would be a benefit to have a thread on doing your own reno work. My own experience is mostly flooring, fence work and basement reno but there are probably thers here who have experience as well. Ask away I'm here to answer.
