That format is really hard to follow. You should use the hand converter instead (see the FAQ for the link). Also, please don't post results in your initial post, it will skew the comments you get.
To the hand in question, I think once he calls on 4s when he catches a blank you have to give him credit for a pair, most likely Jacks. Once he pairs the Jack on 5th, you are behind so the raise is full and complete spewage. I actually favor folding here since I think he has trips so much more often than some random 2 pair (although at that level you never know). Nice catch on 6th though.
