fwiw, in the iron man section of the 'my promotions', it has the time at which ur point total was last updated...in my experiences, it's never more than 20 mins behind, i know it's great, but it's not too bad either...
also, i notepad the ftp value i have before i start a session and keep an eye on it to see when i hit 2K...just a thought
