I normally lurk, and don't feel to comfortable offering advice since my game isn't the best. I recently decided to drop from 12 tables to 6-7 (which by the way worked wonders for my bb/100, though I probably was just running hot). I had several incredibly crappy preflop spots today, and these 2 hands with QQ stand out. I hate posting 2 hands in one thread, but they are semi-related.
Both hands occured at the same table with about a 40-50 hand gap between them. I had a recent hard drive crash, literally days before I was about to back up my data base, so I don't have many hands on some of these regulars.
Hand 1: Villan must be a semi-regular TAG, running at 21/14.5/2.1 over 352 hands. He has 3 bet me approximately 3 times already, I have folded each time to his 3-bets.

At this point I am getting roughly 2.67:1 to call. If AK is in his range I am fairly certain this is a call. I did not want to just call preflop and let the SB in. However, I think I could have made a smaller 3 bet for sure... to 85ish. I have no idea why I made a overpot 4-bet. If I make it 85 I'd be getting roughly 2:1 to call.
Hand 2:
I did not notice that the limp/caller was UTG. For some reason I thought he was BB. I think this changes the entire way one would play the hand, knowing that this player limp called UTG. However, for speculations sake let's say the caller was calling from the BB. What would you do in both cases? How often would Villain 2 squeeze in both cases?
Villain 1 (UTG I thought was BB!) is: 24/18/2.39 over 510 hands
Villain 2 (UTG+1) is: 20/18.5/2.7 over 92 hands
Both players have 3-bet a bit, but again there have not been
any 4-bets as of yet.
