Buy-in is $10,000+300 CAD, which in USD is $10,490
For travel, I think the general reccomendation is flying to Buffalo and taking the 45 minute taxi ride over the border.
Note - Until Jan 1, 2008,
people travelling over the border via car do NOT need passports. Just a birth certificate and a driver's license. There are places you can go in your local city where you can get a copy of your birth certificate in less than an hour. So, if you have passport issues, fear not! At least until next year.
I anticipate everyone to bust in this megadeepstack tournament in the first 2 hours like Ansky did last year and then proceed to the Sundowner.
ALSO, lets please get some videogame propbets going. Last year it failed because we couldn't hook up the videogame systems to the hotel's televisions, so somebody ball out and buy a television that works with N64/XBOX/etc
I'm playing in the main event, my first tournament with a buyin over 1k. I'm really psyched.
