just thought I should add a solution to this problem that I havent figured out for like 2 weeks....
IF you HAVE ONE RUNNING IN THE TRAY it does this ...
only have one instance open at a time LDO
(I play often and leave my computer on stand by so its always in the tray)
pretty sure that was the problem and I feel challenged
