Art Shell was 54-38 before last season, and coached the only Oakland winning seasons in the 1990s.
Sure, he looked like he fell asleep halfway through every quarter, but I doubt that he was the worst coach ever.

Winning team != good coach, hell I could coach the Patriots into the playoffs this year!
