Harrahs in New Orleans, strange rake method.
I'm in the process in moving to Florida and on the way I stopped at Harrahs, in New Orleans. They did not rake the blind, but instead they took 6$ (at a 2-5 NL) from every player at dealer changes. Now I've only played in Southern Cal and vegas but Ive never seen this before. Any advantages or disadvantages to this?
