This seems extremly standard, you didnt even get raised on the turn which would have been a tough spot.
Depending to your table imagine and your opp tendencies you may bet the river but neither is a big mistakes.
Facing more action pre draw I would draw 2 and here your opp didnt seem to draw smooth.
