As played, shoving the turn is your best bluffing opportunity if you think he'll fold. River bluff is not going to work unless he missed his FD also, but that seems unlikely by this point. Just give up and pray.
Improve your FE on the flop by raising bigger (maybe like 24-29). If he called that, I might just check behind the turn, figuring that I'm almost guaranteed to get paid off if I hit and have virtually no FE on the turn.

Yeah, great idea. A much bigger raise on the flop pretty much establishes whether or not i can get this guy to fold. Would have saved me $50 or so too. ty
