I got a package of 3 2-hour lessons for $330 total. There's probably not much more need than one lesson, really, but I'm poker rich and have a lot of free time so having some extra lessons will definetely help a little.
I will probably eventually get a board and my own wet suit (they supplied a wet suit as well.)
I had that "high" you get from a good workout afterwards and think that intergrating surfing into my life is a great way to be more active and have a fun hobby.
