currently down to about 340. Have had some probelms swinging back and forth, and finances/time have prevented me from buying a scale (which I don't want as it will cause my wife to obsess over her weight). BUt thats where I was the last time I weighed myself.

Expect to be down to about 320 by the end of the year.
