Good strength today. Squats went up, altho I thought my form was a tad iffy at 245. Prolly will try again next week on that, since 225 I thought was relatively easy this week and my form was very good. Decided to get in a mini shoulder workout too, since I did high volume squats and didnt feel like doing lunges. Strength there was very good, considering my best previously was I think 8x115, and I usually do that first thing in the workout (not after legs [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]) So yah.
Next week goals: Squats 8x245, better form. Mil press: 8x135 or better.
Monday: Chest
