I agree that his handling of the bullpen=teh suck, along with his overall handling of the pitching staff. Cain, Schmidt and Lowry were allowed to throw too many pitches during most starts. I think the poor performance of Schmidt and Lowry, plus a bad few starts to end the year for Cain, are evidence of this.
