I'm not sure what you mean by "not moving the money".

I have been using Absolute poker to move from C2P to Moneybookers. Not the greatest solution if you don't normally play there but it's free and they don't mind with a little cover play.

I would be interested to hear about cashout options that Canadians are using. Cheques from the pokersite? Party EFTs are not ideal as they give a terrible exchange rate.
