Brag: Pretty Balla Celebration Dinner with Gf
A week ago i moved in with my GF into a balla one bedroom in Boson (garden level with private garden, working fireplace, new kitchen with dishwasher, and walk in closets). this is a big step in our relationship so i figured i could use my cuisine and wine knowledge to dazzle her.
went to a really great restaurant on newbury st. sat at one of the back tables (a huge table for 2 people) and (besides the apt. brag) the food brag starts here.

1 order mussels beer cooked mussles
chilled yellow tomato soup with avocado ball filled with
crab
2 glasses kendle jackson chardonnay
1 bottle 2001 Heitz Cabernet Savingion
For me: 16 oz. steak au poive with mashed potato and onion rings
For her: pork loin with eggplant parm gnocchi and a drizzle of balsamic vinegrette
sides: potato gratin and stir fried green beans
desert: peanut mousse torte
