Pretty easy call I think, it looks like doc has a flush since he's dying to get his chips in, and the vietnamese LAG probably doesn't have 77 since he'd raise pf... true? so if they both have legit hands I think you're often looking at two flushes. But I think the vietnamese guy can easily have some stupid hand here, and there's also the fact that if you fold and they turn over 77 and As4h you're going to want to go and jump off the edge of Ghostbar.
