Once a couple of raises go in a hand low level tournaments hands become hang on for dear life scenarios. any set will hold up a fair amount in a 4 way or less hand in stud. The problem with lower sets is the reversed implied odds situation. It is the same reason why calling down with lower pair against big pair is very risky. You lose when you dont hit and you lose more when you both hit.
