[img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] I've been very happy with Epassporte for year and 1/2. Would like to point out that the load fees are only applicable when you add funds using credit/debit card, but not when you withdrawal $$$ from the accounts.

(ie. Deposit 500 - using credit card minus their $25.00 = $475.00. Put $475 on poker site, and say bankroll gets up to $1,000. Cash out to Epassporte $1,000. Use $1,000 Visa Card anywhere(Starbucks, Chili's, Victoria's Secret, groceries, phone bill, escort service, strip clubs, church donations, porn, etc. (and to pay taxes)) and there are no withdrawal fees if using VISA card directly with merchant.

If you need cash, ATM fees are only $2.00 since I believe its an out of country bank (versus neteller where there is a $2.00 fee to put $$$ on ATM card, and a per use ATM charge thereafter charged by both Neteller and US ATM (if applicable).
