You're not going to get many serious answers in BBV. You should only post here if you want to be assaulted.
That said, you just need to control your tilt. You put in many hours over a few weeks to grow you bankroll, then blew all of it in three hours. I don't know how you'd do this at 30/60 unless you were totally insane and capping every street, so I assume you moved up even higher.
Set rules for yourself, like "I need at least 20 buyins to play in a game. If I lose 3 buyins in a session, I will take at least an hour break and move down in stakes if I don't have the minimum buyin requirement for my previous stakes"
When you follow these rules, you allow your skill to dictate your long-run success and a few bad run of cards can't destroy your bankroll.
