Still pretty ridic imo since the average flow of traffic is 70 in a 55 in some parts of California and 15 over 70 is much less severe than 15 over 55...but what can you do. man when i went to school in SB you would have to go soooo slow through there. Tons of hills with horrible visibility and cops everywhere.
