BBV is very efficient and will self-correct/evolve on it's own. Mod interefernce is not needed, and like most governing bodies will most likely actually hamper progress. Let the Free-Market rule.

Ahhh, but here's the catch. An intense minority will outvote a lackadaisical majority everytime which creates the appearence of a majority concensus, when in reality, that is actually very far from being the case.
