Get a circular table (not too big unless you have [censored] load of people) and you need a quarter and a communal cup.
Basically you fill up the cup maybe a quarter of your beer and spin the quarter, you have to chug the cup before it falls. If the quarter stops spinning or falls off before you finish you have to go again.
The kicker is, whenever someones beer can gets empty they can slam it down on your spin, so you have to go again. After a few rounds the table gets covered in "landmines" making it more difficult to chug before the quarter stops, and aim becomes more important.
