Default Re: My AP story (problems cashing out)

[ QUOTE ]
Long story short, I have been trying to cash out my account for the past 3 weeks due to the whole AP scandal. These are the steps I've gone through.

1) Received an e-mail from them telling me to fax them the front and back of my credit card, copy of my drivers license, and a utility bill.

2) I fax these items and the fax doesn't work.

3) I verify that the fax # is correct (it was) and have my wife fax it to them later. That doesn't work either.

4) I e-mail them telling them that their fax isn't working and they tell me to fax it to that number or to e-mail them scanned copies of the documents.

5) I e-mail them scanned copies of the documents

6) I got no response back

7) I e-mail them again and ask what my cashout status is. They e-mail me back telling me that they don't have copies of my credit card.

8) I call them and I talk to some guy who literally sounds like he has marbles in his mouth. I really could not understand him. Then without even asking who I am he says he'll look into it and puts me on hold forever. I hang up and call back.

9) I call them again and talk to somebody else. Literally, mid-sentence while he's talking to me he just leaves and doesn't come back.

I know everyone knows what a scam AP is, but I just wanted to share my story as well so that for any of you who are still thinking about playing on AP or continuing to play on AP, don't do it. That operation is crooked.

That sucks. AP I guess should be avoided. They seem to be having a lot of issues ATM.
