I like a bet and call if raised on the turn, and a crying check-call on any unfavorable river card, or a bet on any low or club, followed by a crying call if raised on a high club. I'm assuming that the pool of players at these stakes is not huge and that meta-game considerations are paramount.
Oh, and that these stakes I'm all in on the flop ;-)
