In my experience they don't fold a 6 outer. The only 3 outers are like A4 and i can see him calling "incase you're semi bluffing", the rest of them are gutshots + overs or already are a pair (yea 2 outers!).
I could see like a 30/20 b/f'ing QJo here but not this type of guy.
He could though, I agree.
