Default Re: Dieting with someone else - suggestions?

I'm a college athlete (rowing), and I row as a lightweight (160lbs). I'm 5'11 and I have a much easier time gaining weight than losing weight, and thus spend a lot of time actively keeping my weight down/dropping pounds between seasons.

Anyway, my point was that a lot of people on my team has this problem. We all do work together and keep each other honest. We have mandatory weigh-ins once a week to make sure people aren't slipping, and we often workout together outside of official practices, etc. I've found that it is a lot easier with a partner because they sort of keep you honest/focused.
