My thought process was this: Im probably losing 2bb if I'm beat anyway. If he ever folds a chop or KQ its huge. If I do have the best hand, I dont want SB to draw cheaply.

Those actually seem pretty good, if a bit fps-ish. So you're folding to a 3-bet, I assume?
If so, we just have to weigh the gains of getting these results vs the cost of forfeiting our equity if we either have the best hand or enough outs to make a profitable call.
