Scenario 1 - Flat Call 8s or 9s, Raise T's or better.

Scenario 2 - Raise any pair better than 7s, flat call A - Baby Card - K

Scenario 3 - Raise any pair regardless of position since you are so short. However, in Stud 8 it is not uncommon for there two be 4 players left with everyone only have 5-9 BB left when the blinds get super high. In this scenario, play it as normal.
