Edit- if you already have that, I think you have to change some of the settings in AHK (I have vista too and it took me forever to figure it out). Just go into properties in AHK and change some of the settings. Actually, I forget which ones you have to change, but if you fool around with the settings, I'm sure you could figure it out...

I think you have to right click AHK and select properties. Then select security. Click on advanced and make sure that you have full control. I forget what settings I fooled around with there, but I know that I solved it after that.
