I don't think it's that marginal. I'm sure we've all been in the situation where we're waiting out a short stack only to see them double up once or twice and all of a sudden we're the short stack. If he had less than 600 or if the blinds were about to go up, I might consider folding. Remember, getting one first and one third is better than getting 2 seconds. This is a perfect spot to be able to make a run at first.
