The link goes to your "stop misposting" image rather than a thread. Anyway I recall Sklansky/Malmuth and others have advocated folding JJ for three cold in their poker books, though many of those books were written before LHE got so popular and when the games were a lot less laggy than they became after TV poker etc. So then the games got so fishy that folding was missing EV because you still have the best hand a lot AND the pots are still more multiway than they should be even with all that raising. Now that the games have gotten tougher it may be correct to go back to folding it again (assuming fullring, non-steal situations obv).

So basically:

Against calling stations: fold
Against bad but aggressive players: cap
Against decent players: Evaluate based on position, tendencies of the raisers, postflop skill, etc.
