You don't say whether you play 6max, FR or HU. There are a lot of other considerations as well including winrate, standard deviation and how often you tilt.
Personally, I play almost 100% 6max these days and have a very solid WR but also a pretty high standard deviation. For me to be comfortable I need pretty close to 100 buy-ins to play my most winning style. At full-ring, especially on really loose passive sites, I am very comfortable with 20 buy-ins.
