Rep Speed
One thing i've read some conflicting information on is rep speed.
Questions i'm left with:
Do you change your rep speed depending on whether your bulking, cutting, or have a different goal in mind?
How fast/slow is the down half of your rep?
Anything else you want to tell me?
Obviously answers will be somewhat dependent on what exercise you're talking about, so feel free to elaborate and enlighten me.
