Anyone ever have an item from the FTP store not show up?

I ordered the GPS unit 4 weeks ago (the quoted maximum time frame for shipping) and it still hasn't shown up.

I obv wrote FTP support about it today, but I'm wondering if anyone's had this happen before, and how it turned out.

fwiw I've ordered several electronic items from the FTP store with no problem, all arriving well before the quoted shipping times.

I ordered the GPS about two months ago. I sent them an email about 2 weeks ago and they said there was a problem with the order and it would be shipped out immediately. Two weeks later and I still haven't received it. I ordered an ipod and headphones the same day and both arrived in about 4 weeks.
