when you create your account on GP, you can select £/$/€. If you select £, your account is now in £. You will withdraw £100 from neteller and the currency exchange is handled automatically (they will withdraw something like $185). basically makes it a 300% deposit bonus on $185, obviously better than 300% on $100. When you withdraw they just put it back in neteller and again the exchange is handled for you.
