Default Party Wire Transfer for Canadians

I'm trying to transfer money from Party into my TD USD account in US funds using a bank wire. I've tried doing two already but both have been declined and I'm tryig to figure out what to do. I think the problem is with the intermediary bank details. I have the correct ABA number and SWIFT code for Bank of America(which is the bank TD uses to relay US$ wires), but when I try and complete the cashout with this information the cashier tells me that I must enter an account number for the intermediary bank. I just spoke to a TD international wire help Rep and he said that an account number does exist, but that they don't give it out because its an internal number to TD and that the sending banks don't need that information to send a wire. I've explained this to Pay-Pro but the Reps are clueless and just tell me to call my bank.

Has anyone successfully cashed out in USD via wire to a Canadian bank, particularly TD? Please tell me what you did as I've been trying to get money out of Party in USD for over a month now and each failed transfer is costing me the $12 fee. Thanks.
