actually now that i look at this hand again (lol) i think the only hand villain could have is K4 (if it's specified somewhere in OP i am missing it but i can't think of another hand with 3 outs that hits the river) which means s/he had a lot more than 3 outs, at least to a split. 3 outs for the win and 22 for the split (1 K, 3 3's, 3 9's, 3 Q's, 4 T's, 4 J's, 4 A's) so 25 total outs to prevent hero from winning the pot.
pretty crappy bad beat to post, when u get right down to it.
